A student ID card showing date of birth is accepted. If no document is available, contact us at [email protected] and we'll arrange a manual verification within 24 hours.

Check the spam folder first. If it's not there after 5 minutes, use the "Resend" link on the verification page. Still nothing? Email [email protected] with your guardian's address and we'll resend manually.

Yes. MSU is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with no advertising revenue. We never sell data. Idenify processes ID images in memory and immediately discards them — MSU only receives a pass/fail age result.

Yes — the Parent Track dashboard gives guardians read-only progress visibility, streak reports, and token balance. See the Parents page for details.

You can retry with a different ID document. If the issue persists, contact us and a staff member will manually review within one business day. Your account is held — not deleted — during the process.

Nothing changes automatically. When they turn 18 they can request a re-verification to remove the parent consent requirement, but this is optional — the account stays fully active either way.
